London, UK, 18th December, 2024: FullCircl is thrilled to announce the publication of our very first Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) report—a comprehensive overview of our journey towards creating a more sustainable, responsible, and transparent business. This milestone marks FullCircl's commitment to integrating ESG principles into every aspect of our operations, demonstrating leadership in sustainability across the regulated industries we serve.
"Our ESG report reflects FullCircl’s dedication to responsible business practices, innovation, and the future of our planet," said Ashleigh Gwilliam, in-house ESG Specialist at FullCircl. "We recognise that true success goes beyond financial performance. It means actively reducing our environmental impact, promoting social responsibility, and establishing robust governance frameworks."
Key Highlights from FullCircl's 2024 ESG Report:
Environmental Impact: At FullCircl we have embraced the Circular Economy model, recycling our old IT equipment and are transitioning to cloud-based solutions to reduce our carbon. Our goal to reduce emissions by 25% by 2025 is well underway, with initiatives in place to drive energy efficiency and waste reduction.
Social Responsibility: FullCircl is committed to fostering an inclusive workplace and supporting charities that are close to our hearts. Showcased by our ‘Women in Business’ event, alongside our centralised progression paths, and mental health first aid training help to promote well-being across our organisation and industry partners.
Governance and Transparency: FullCircl’s new Trust Centre provides a hub for our stakeholders, detailing our policies and demonstrating our adherence to high standards of ethics, compliance, and accountability. Our ESG Task Force, established in 2024, drives ongoing improvements to ensure we remain a leader in sustainable governance.
Looking ahead, FullCircl has set ambitious goals, including increasing our EcoVadis score by 20% and expanding our ESG services to help clients assess and enhance their own ESG impact. Our partnerships with industry bodies like Innovate Finance and BIBA will further enable us to lead the conversation on sustainability within regulated industries.
"This report is only the beginning," added Amy Musk, FullCircl’s COO and ESG Lead "At FullCircl, we’re committed to continuous progress, empowering our clients, partners, and communities to build a sustainable future together."
