W2, leading provider of regulatory compliance software has announced a collaborative partnership with Carta Worldwide, subsidiary of Mogo Inc. (NASDAQ:MOGO, TSX:MOGO), a modern issuer processing platform that enables innovators around the globe to deploy payment products.
