W2 wins SBC Fraud & Compliance Solution of the year 2020

The Seventh annual SBC awards took place on the 9^th December with a small number of guests attending the physical event in Stamford bridge and over 800 guests tuning in virtually with W2 winning Fraud and Compliance Solution of the Year! 

As the end of 2020 quickly approaches, it is all too easy to look back on this year as one filled with negatives and barriers. The pandemic clearly made 2020 one of the most challenging years for businesses to continue their growth plans and day to day office based operations.  

For W2, the pandemic meant that along with most of the world, our business had to react and adapt to the changing landscape. The main challenge was looking for different and more creative ways to continue on a growth journey and reach our target audience. 

With a reimagined mission, vision, and position and continual transformative change taking place in the business, the W2 team understood it was time to take the focus away from the ‘check’, and focus fully on the technology that enables the removal of complexity from the compliance process. The W2 platform has seen significant developments through 2020 with the additions of multiple features to continue to simplify the compliance process for businesses. Just one of the notable additions is the brand new W2 ‘Workflow Builder’, which allows clients and prospects to create completely custom workflows from the library of W2 products, allowing for a fully customisable solution depending on specific business needs.  

W2 supports business across many global markets and multiple regulatory jurisdictions but when it comes to our gaming clients, the ability to adapt to the changing landscape is business critical. A single platform providing technology that can adapt to this in real time has helped our clients grow and leads directly to recognition and awards such as this.
